Predictive Maintenance

Predictive maintenance periodically monitors equipment based on the analysis of data collected through monitoring or on-site inspections. One of the objectives of predictive maintenance is the timely verification of equipment in order to anticipate eventual problems that may lead to higher costs with corrective maintenance.

Data Gathering

Collecting data. One of the most important steps. Reading sensors, for example.

Infrastructure

All read data must be stored if you want to use it usefully. With a correct infrastructure you prevent that no data is lost.

Data Engineering

Bringing data together is one thing, editing data so that you can get useful information from it is another.

Reporting

Convert collected data neatly into understandable language and gain insight into what actually happened.

Modelling

Once the right data is available, experiments can be conducted with intelligent algorithms to make things a lot brighter in the future.
